Grand Olde House

While walking around Savannah, GA with my camera, I passed a restaurant called The Olde Pink House. I quickly took a picture of the front of the house and kept walking. When I returned home, I wanted to start a new painting with a photo I had taken on my trip. After looking through my photos, I decided to paint this piece because I liked the color variation throughout. Everything in the piece contains multiple values and shades that, I think, make the painting interesting.
